Our Back in Play Warranty is designed to get you back on the course fast if your Product needs to be replaced under warranty.
Here’s what happens:
If SkyGolf determines your product qualifies for an in-warranty replacement, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Inside the box, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label to send back your original product.
You’ll have 15 days from the day you receive your replacement to return your old unit.
If the original product is not returned within 15 days, the full price of the replacement will be charged to your account.
To help cover shipping both ways, there is a $15.95* Back in Play processing & shipping fee. This is the only cost to you for your warranty replacement.
