Your SkyCaddie warranty expiration date is shown on your Account Overview on our website. While logged in on our website, click "Account" at the top of the page. The warranty expiration date is showing under "Products & Memberships" near the membership expiration date.

Extended Warranty FAQ (U.S. Only)
When Can I Purchase the Extended Warranty?
U.S. customers can purchase the Extended Warranty when registering a new SkyCaddie device within 30 days of the original purchase date.
This optional warranty extends the standard 6-month Consumer Limited Warranty to a full 12 months.
Please note: The Extended Warranty applies only to the SkyCaddie device itself. It does not cover accessories or additional components.
What’s Not Covered by the Extended Warranty?
The Extended Warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, cracks on the screen or casing)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications (except authorized battery replacement)
- Accidents, fire, water/liquid exposure, or power surges
- Issues caused by third-party products (e.g., non-SkyCaddie chargers or cables)
- Use for commercial, rental, or non-consumer purposes
- GPS functionality changes due to actions by the U.S. Government or other governing bodies
- Third-party software or accessories are not covered under this warranty.
Can I Buy the Extended Warranty Later?
Unfortunately, the Extended Warranty cannot be purchased after the 30-day registration window.
If you buy it after this period, it will not be valid—but you can request a full refund by contacting our Customer Support team.

How Do I Access the UPS Prepaid Label for My Warranty Return?
If you're located in the U.S., have already contacted SkyGolf® Customer Support, and have an approved in-warranty replacement, you can generate your UPS prepaid return label using the link below:

How Do I Return a SkyCaddie® Device Under Warranty?
SkyGolf offers a 30-Day Performance Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your SkyCaddie within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a full refund.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Accessories and memberships are also refundable within 30 days.
- If your product was not purchased directly from SkyGolf, you must return it to the original retailer, and follow their return policy.
- This policy applies to SkyCaddie® rangefinders and accessories.
