To View or Change your Auto Renewal Status:
- Log into your account.
- Click on Subscription
- Select Active Subscriptions
Below AutoPay, you will see your active auto renewals are green. To turn off, click the green button until it displays "Cancel".
This will turn off all future auto-renewals. To turn back on, simply click the button until Renew is displayed to ensure your membership is renewed automatically.

Golf Magazine Member Benefit (US ONLY)
Your Member Benefits include an annual subscription to Golf Magazine ($15 value), where you will find the latest in golf news, instruction, equipment, travel, scores and more. You will not be charged for this 1-year subscription (published in 8 issues). When the subscription term ends, you will NOT need to unsubscribe, and you will NOT be automatically renewed or charged for the next year because Golf Magazine does NOT possess your payment information. Limit 1 subscription per household.
FAQs
1. Can I Access Golf Magazine on my computer, laptop or smartphone?
Along with the issues delivered straight to your door, you also have access to digital issues. Simply download the Golf Magazine App and use your information from your subscription to sign up for digital issues. Digital issues are included free with your active subscription.
2. How can I check my subscription details and/or make changes to my address?
There are several ways to check your subscription. You may visit Golf Magazine customer service online at Golf Magazine. To log in, you will need to enter your information exactly as it appears on your Golf Magazine mailing label. According to our Privacy Policy, SkyGolf does not share your email address. Unless you have already supplied your email address to Golf Magazine, you cannot use that to access your account.
You can also contact Golf Magazine directly with any address or subscription changes. To contact Golf Magazine, you can call 1-800-876-7726
You may reach out to SkyGolf Customer Support via online chat or phone. Only SkyGolf Support can access any information on your SkyGolf account, including your devices, memberships and details on your SkyGolf account.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
If you do not want the magazine/digital issues and wish to receive a refund, please use the information below to mail in for a request to cancel and receive a refund. Only one refund per address per year subscription is allowed. Cancellations must be received within 30 days of the subscription start for the full $15 value. Cancellations after 30 days may be denied fully or reduced based on the number of issues you have already received or have left in the subscription.
On a piece of paper, write REFUND REQUEST and include your Name, Mailing Address with City/State/Zip (this should match your SkyGolf Account name and address – do not provide any other SkyGolf account details) and mail to Golf Magazine customer service within 30 days of your subscription start:
Golf Magazine PO BOX 5044, Boone, IA 50950-0044.
Refunds will take up to eight weeks for processing.
4. How many issues are included in my 1-year Golf Magazine subscription?
Effective June 2020, a Golf Magazine 1-year subscription is published in 8 issues. 4 issues will be combined issues that focus on special coverage and 4 will be regular issues. Golf Magazine has the right to change the frequency or number of issues.
5. What if I have a current Golf Magazine subscription? Will I receive more than one issue at a time?
If you have a current Golf Magazine subscription, it will be extended for one year with a maximum of 5 years total on your Golf Magazine account. You will not receive more than 1 issue at a time. Limit 1 subscription per household. US Only.
6. What information does SkyGolf share with Golf Magazine?
In accordance with our Privacy Policies, SkyGolf will ONLY provide the name and mailing address you have entered in your SkyGolf account. No other information will be shared. If your name and/or address in your SkyCaddie account is incomplete or incorrect, your Golf Magazine subscription may be delayed or not started. Please make sure your SkyGolf account has updated and complete information. Email addresses and Payment information is never shared.
7. When will my first issue arrive?
Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery of your first issue. If you have a current subscription, you will continue to receive your issues on time and should not see an interruption in service when the newest subscription term starts. If the post office alerts Golf Magazine that the magazine is undeliverable, there is no further obligation from Golf Magazine unless a corrected address is received from you within 2 years.

Membership Expiration Date Did Not Change After Renewal
If you paid for a membership renewal, but the expiration date of your SkyCaddie did not change, simply sync and download courses from your computer. This will allow the membership expiration date to update your SkyCaddie.

1. Retrieve Your Username and Password
CLICK HERE TO VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
When the login page appears select "Forgot your username or password" located below the "Log In" button.
Select “I don’t have the email address or username for my account” and then “Submit”.
You will be asked to complete “What is the ESN number on the back or bottom of your SkyCaddie?”section and click “Submit”.
If the email address shown to you is correct click on "Submit".
Your username and password will be sent to you.
If you no longer have access to that email address that is shown or that is no longer your email address select “No, that is not my email address” and click “Submit”. You will be instructed to contact SkyGolf Customer Service to retrieve your username and password.

There is no need to connect to your computer through USB. Easily connect to WIFI by following the instructions below:

• Choose “Network” (router)
• Login with your Network Password and “Connect”
• Sync Complete/ Select “CLOSE”

SYNC with Bluetooth Pairing
To pair your SkyCaddie Watch with SkyGolf 360:
1. Press and hold the MENU button until the Menu
opens.
2. Select SETTINGS and press the OK button.
3. Select BLUETOOTH.
4. Select SYNC NOW.
The SkyCaddie Watch will turn on Bluetooth and it will go to the
“Pair Ready” screen.
In the SkyGolf 360 mobile app, press the SYNC icon
and follow the on-screen instructions to complete
pairing process.

"Your Device Has Been Paused" Error
"Your Device Has Been Paused" Error
Eero Wi-Fi router is setup to bock your SkyCaddie from accessing the internet.
A device can only be unpaused from within the eero app. To unpause a device, open the eero app and take the following steps:
- Tap the menu button in the top left corner
- Tap on Family Profiles
- Unpause the profile by pressing the "Resume" button (looks like a play icon)
If you wouldn't like to pause this device at all, you can remove it from the profile by tapping on the device, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and tapping on Remove From Profile.
